1. About these Terms

Unfeast is provided by JTC INTERACTIVE – FZCO, IFZA DSO, Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emirates). Contact info@jtcapps.com for support, complaints or questions about these Terms. These Terms govern use of Unfeast together with the software license applicable to your download. They take effect on 22 October 2026.

Unfeast offers fasting timers, personal habit records and general wellness education. You do not need an Unfeast online account for its local wellness features. Read our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for data use and controls. Reading these documents does not enable optional features or authorize a purchase.

2. Adult use and health suitability

Fasting features are for adults aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement where they live. Do not use them for a child or to direct another person's medical care. Enter information accurately and update settings when your circumstances change.

Do not use fasting features if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, underweight, or have an eating disorder or a history of one. If you have a medical condition or take medication, discuss fasting with a qualified healthcare professional before starting. Diabetes and medicines that lower blood glucose need particular clinical advice. Never change medication or ignore food instructions to complete a fast. Completing onboarding is not a health assessment.

3. Education and estimates

Unfeast does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or monitor disease, provide medical advice, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Do not use it to make medication or treatment decisions. It does not monitor you for emergencies; contact local emergency services if you think you have a medical emergency.

Timeline hours organize educational topics. They do not measure glucose, ketones, hormones, autophagy or other biological processes. They do not establish that an effect starts at an exact hour. Responses vary, and a cited study does not establish that using Unfeast produces that study's results.

4. Goals, Custom durations and cycle guidance

A timer measures elapsed time against a goal. A preset, Custom duration, streak, milestone or completed goal is not evidence that fasting is safe or suitable for you. Longer goals do not establish greater benefit. Unfeast does not supervise prolonged fasting or determine when it is safe to resume eating after an extended fast.

Cycle guidance and fasting estimates use available entries and, if allowed, Apple Health information. They can be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not confirm food intake, an actual period start, ovulation, fertility, pregnancy or a hormonal state. Do not use cycle features for contraception, conception decisions or diagnosis. A personalized target is not an individual medical assessment.

5. Stop when you need to

Do not continue or extend a fast to complete a timer, streak or milestone. Stop if you feel unwell and seek appropriate medical advice. Severe or persistent symptoms need urgent medical help. Follow a clinician's instructions over an app target. Read the Safety & Medical Notice available in Settings before using fasting features.

A health notice or permission choice does not mean a clinician approved your plan. It does not waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Subscriptions, cancellation, Restore and refunds

The app identifies free and paid features. Before buying, review Apple's purchase confirmation for the subscription period, full recurring price in your currency, any trial or introductory offer, and the price afterwards. Apple bills your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple; follow the deadline shown by Apple, including cancelling at least 24 hours before a free or discounted trial ends to avoid the next charge.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting Unfeast, deleting records or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues for the period Apple shows. Applicable legal rights may provide other remedies.

Restore Purchases requests eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. Use the same purchasing account. Verification depends on Apple and the transaction; restoration may require a connection. Apple handles refund requests through its refund service. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable law. These Terms do not impose a universal no-refund rule. Private test access, when provided, is separate from a paid subscription.

7. Your records and backups

Protect your device, Apple Account and backups. Your fasting history is stored locally and does not automatically sync between installations. Reinstalling the app alone does not restore it. Apple's device backups depend on your settings; Unfeast cannot verify when your last backup completed.

History Backup exports eligible timer-tracked fasts and, optionally, manually logged weight. It is not a full profile or Apple Health export. You choose the destination and control any exported copies. A recipient or file provider may keep a shared copy. Deleting a local record does not remove those copies. Widgets, notifications, Live Activities and a paired Watch can show fasting information to people viewing those surfaces.

8. Software, content and acceptable use

Use Unfeast lawfully for your personal purposes under the applicable software license. The code, design, branding and original educational material remain protected by their owners' rights. Do not impersonate the provider, distribute harmful code, bypass payment or access controls, or unlawfully redistribute protected content. This does not restrict conduct that applicable law expressly permits.

You retain your rights in information you enter. Using Unfeast does not grant us a public or advertising license to your private health records. Apple's standard EULA applies to the App Store download unless an applicable custom EULA is provided there.

9. Optional permissions

Apple Health insights, cycle guidance, notifications and marketing measurement have separate purposes and choices. Reading Terms or Privacy does not give permission for them. You can use the local timer without Apple Health or marketing measurement. Manage choices in Settings → Privacy & Data and Apple's settings.

Withdrawing a permission, deleting records and cancelling a subscription are different actions. Their effects and limits are explained in the Privacy Policy and the relevant controls.

10. Availability, changes and ending use

Features depend on supported devices, operating systems and, for some functions, Apple or other services. Errors, interruptions and changes can occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, recovery of every record, or a particular health result. Keep appropriate copies of important records.

We may change the app or these Terms for feature, security, legal or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required. A new notice does not retroactively authorize a new optional data use. You may stop using Unfeast at any time; manage any subscription separately through Apple. Paid access and changes remain subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes a guarantee, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. This includes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, and death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law prohibits exclusion. Any limitation applies only as far as lawful. We do not require you to waive injury claims or agree to compulsory arbitration merely to use Unfeast.

EEA and UK consumers retain applicable digital-content/service conformity, cancellation and refund rights. Australian consumers retain Australian Consumer Law guarantees; New Zealand consumers retain applicable Consumer Guarantees Act rights. Consumers elsewhere retain the mandatory protections of the law that applies to them. Apple's billing process does not remove those rights.

12. Questions and disputes

Contact info@jtcapps.com with a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it. Do not send detailed medical records or a full backup unless needed and a suitable way to provide it has been agreed.

These Terms do not force you to bring every dispute in Dubai or remove access to courts or complaint bodies available under mandatory local law. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
