Support

Practical help, subscription guidance and privacy contacts for Unfeast.

Purchases and subscriptions

In Unfeast, open Settings and use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring purchases and restoring your history are separate actions. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot a subscription.

Manage an Apple subscription or read Apple's refund instructions. Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription.

Apple Health

Apple Health access is optional and read-only. Review Unfeast's separate wellness choice in the app and the data types you allow in Apple's Health settings. If a connection does not complete, leave your existing records intact and review those permissions before trying again.

Read the confirmation before withdrawing Apple Health in Unfeast: withdrawal clears imported insights and saved estimated or edited fasts, including confirmed estimates. Manual timer records and manual weights stay. It does not delete the source records in Apple Health. Separately allowed cycle dates remain until you withdraw cycle guidance or delete local wellness data.

History and backup

History Backup supports eligible timer-tracked fasts and optional manual weight entries. Keep a copy in a destination you control before replacing or removing records. Reinstalling the app alone does not restore your history.

Privacy controls

Use the app's privacy controls to review or withdraw optional permissions and its data controls to remove eligible local records. Withdrawal and deletion have different effects. Apple Health permissions and copies in backups or shared files may require separate action.

Read the Privacy Notice and Consumer Health Data Notice for the scope and limitations.

Contact and privacy requests

For support, privacy requests or appeals, email info@jtcapps.com. Tell us your app version and a brief description. Please do not send detailed medical records, passwords or a full backup unless we agree on a suitable method.

General wellness and safety

Unfeast does not provide medical advice or monitor emergencies. A timer or educational checkpoint does not establish that fasting is appropriate for you. Stop fasting if you feel unwell and seek appropriate medical care. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.
