1. Provider and scope
JTC INTERACTIVE – FZCO, IFZA DSO, Dubai, UAE (United Arab Emirates), provides Unfeast. Contact info@jtcapps.com for consumer health data requests or appeals. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy takes effect on 22 October 2026. It describes health-related categories, sources, purposes, disclosures and controls, including rights under Washington and Nevada consumer health data laws where applicable.
2. Categories and sources
From your entries and app use: fasting times/plans/history, manual weight and water, routine and goal answers, age range, optional sex/cycle settings, period dates and cycle lengths. The app generates related estimates, comparisons and personalized targets that can reveal health information.
From Apple Health, only if you enable the relevant use and Apple permits access: sleep, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, active energy and body mass; menstrual flow additionally needs cycle guidance. Derived fasting estimates or a period start can be saved locally.
From the device, Apple and subscription/measurement services: installation or app-specific identifiers, device/network information and purchase/subscription events. These can reveal use of or interest in a health app. If you contact us, information you voluntarily include may also be health-related. Unfeast does not request GPS or precise-location access; an IP address can reveal an approximate country.
3. How these categories are used
Entries, timer events and local estimates operate the features you request: timers, history, personal guidance, plan limits and optional Health/cycle insights. Limited timer/water state supports widgets, Live Activities, reminders and a paired Watch. Purchase records and service identifiers support paid access, restoration and purchase measurement. With separate marketing permission, installation/subscription identifiers measure promotions. Information you send us is used to answer your message or request.
Unfeast does not routinely upload the local wellness profile or history to JTC. Local storage and health-related inferences can still be personal information; they are not treated as anonymous.
4. Categories shared and recipients
Raw Apple Health records, fasting history, weight entries, menstrual dates and questionnaire answers are not sent by Unfeast to RevenueCat or Tenjin. Limited fasting state and water totals can be shared with your paired Watch; timer state is shared locally with the widget. Apple services process information involved in permissions, App Store purchases and device backups under your settings.
RevenueCat, Inc. receives app-specific identifiers, purchase/subscription information and service-related technical metadata for subscription services. If you allow marketing, Tenjin, Inc. receives installation, advertising/device/network identifiers and subscription events; RevenueCat also receives attribution identifiers for forwarding. These providers use service providers such as hosting providers. No separate JTC affiliate is designated to receive your local wellness records.
A share recipient, file provider or external website receives information when you choose to share, export or open a link. If you voluntarily contact JTC, its support communications process the information you supply. Legally required disclosures of information we hold may be made to authorities or other legally entitled recipients. We do not silently activate an additional advertising recipient or health-data purpose through an update to these documents.
5. Advertising-related uses
We do not sell entered wellness records or raw Apple Health records, or use those records for advertising. Optional marketing measurement does disclose installation/subscription identifiers to the providers described above. Health-app use can be inferred from those identifiers, so this is not described as anonymous or exempt from health-data protections.
You can leave marketing measurement off and still use the local timer. We do not use geofences around health facilities or request precise location for these features. Additional collection or sharing for an undisclosed purpose requires the disclosure and affirmative permission required by applicable law before it begins.
6. Choices and withdrawal
Cycle guidance and Apple Health insights are separate optional choices. Reading a notice, being female, using the timer, accepting service terms or allowing iOS tracking does not enable every health purpose. Use Settings → Privacy & Data → Health choices & local deletion to withdraw either choice or delete local wellness records.
Health withdrawal stops reads and clears temporary insights and saved estimated/confirmed-estimate/edited fasting records. All edited records are included because of their mixed provenance. Manual timer/widget records and manually logged weight remain. Separately allowed cycle details remain until cycle withdrawal or full local deletion. Cycle withdrawal removes saved cycle dates, lengths and related guidance. Manage Apple's separate permissions and original source records in Health or iOS Settings.
Disable Allow marketing measurement in Privacy & Data to stop future consent-gated measurement and request removal of subscription-forwarding identifiers. Server-side changes need a connection. To withdraw collection/sharing consent or request deletion of earlier records held by us or our processors, email info@jtcapps.com. Withdrawal does not cancel an Apple subscription.
7. Local deletion and retained copies
Local wellness records have no general automatic expiry. Delete all local wellness data removes the local profile, history, manual weight/water, cycle details and shared timer journal; it stops the timer without adding history and pauses use while cleanup completes. Interrupted cleanup is retried. Minimal choice/deletion metadata and Apple purchase entitlements remain. This is logical deletion, not a forensic wipe.
The app sends a reset to a paired Watch. An offline or older Watch may keep a copy until a compatible reset arrives. Exported files, Apple Health source records, backups, other installations and records already held by service providers are not erased by this local action. A request to JTC covers records held by us and the notifications to relevant recipients required by applicable law; local-only records can be managed directly on your device. Retention of service records depends on the purpose, relationship, legal duties and applicable deletion requirements.
8. Requests and appeals
Email info@jtcapps.com to ask whether we collect, share or sell consumer health data about you, request access and a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we shared or sold your consumer health data, with their active email address or other online contact method where required by law, withdraw consent, or request deletion under applicable law. You do not need to create an account. Include enough context to identify the relevant installation or purchase; we may request proportionate verification, without asking you to send full health records by default. We do not discriminate for exercising these rights.
Where Washington's My Health My Data Act applies, requests are handled without undue delay within 45 days of receipt; a necessary one-time extension of up to 45 days is explained within the initial period. Verification does not restart that period. Applicable deletion requests include notifying relevant recipients; archived/backup deletion may be delayed only as permitted by law, up to six months after authentication under that Act. Access information is free up to twice annually, subject to the Act's exceptions for manifestly unfounded, excessive or repetitive requests.
To appeal a refusal, reply or email info@jtcapps.com with “Privacy appeal” and explain the issue. Where that Act applies, we provide a written appeal decision and reasons within 45 days. You can complain to the Washington Attorney General using the link below. Other applicable health-data laws, including Nevada law, can provide their own request, deletion and appeal protections; we honor the required period and explain a lawful extension or refusal.
